FEBRUARY 2024 NEWS
Greetings Rebel Spirits and a Happy Imbolc to you all!
I wanted to give you an update on what’s been going on behind the scenes at Rebel Spirit Radio and let you know what is coming up this coming month.
I’ve spent the past several weeks updating the Rebel Spirit Radio website. You can find all previous episodes archived there and they are currently free to everyone. There is also contact information for the podcast, social media links, and of course, links to my Patreon and PayPal.
I still have some work to do on the website, but it is getting close to being done.
There are some exciting episodes that I’ll be posting this month. The first, which will be available on Friday, February 2 is my interview with Julia Gordon-Bramer about her book Tarot Life Lessons.
February 10 is the next livestream of the Cocktail Apocalypse. In this edition, Stephanie, Jeremy, and I will discuss apocalypses in non-Abrahamic traditions, including Hinduism, Zoroastrianism, Norse myth, and more! Be sure to join us live at noon as we celebrate happy hour at the end of the world.
On February 9, I’ll release the podcast featuring my conversation with best-selling author Dawson Church and his book Bliss Brain. Dawson’s passion for the power of our minds in creating a truly flourishing life is unparalleled.
The February 15 episode is my conversation with Keith Parker, a popular teacher on the Insight Meditation app and co-founder of Field Dynamics, an energy healing modality. Keith discusses the healing journey that led him to contemplative sciences and the healing arts.
And finally, on February 23 I’ll release my discussion with Tobias Churton, one of the premier scholars of esoteric history, about his book The First Alchemists. I’ll admit it, I was really nervous to talk with Tobias, but he was immensely graceful and a superb guest.
I’ve got some other amazing things that I’m working on for the Rebel Spirit Radio podcast including special episodes focused on the work of Stan Grof and Ralph Metzner. I’ve interviewed several people about both of them, and I look forward to sharing this with you when I’m done—though I’m not entirely sure when that will be.
Episodes for March have already been recorded, and I can’t wait to share those with you. One of my guests is Maetreyii Ma Nolan, Ph.D. who talks to me about her recent publication Into the Heart of the Infinite: A Spiritual Memoir of an Extraordinary Mystical Journey. The Kindle version of the book is currently on sale for 99 cents. This is a limited offer. It’s a good book and her story is fascinating.
Until next time, keeping the faith….
